one of our cadillacs was a 4 door, mint green with a forest green vinyl top and forest green plush furniture inside for seats. what a hideous car.

we also had a silver one that i barely remember and a really ugly gold one that thankfully ended up having the odometer rolled back so they gave us our money back.

The Ford LTD broham was green on green, too. car was loaded and unbelievably fast. makes sense my dad bought. he drove fast until his dying day.

best part is he traded it in on merc cougar. some kid that went to the same HS i did must have bought it from the dealer cause i saw that same car every day in HS.

edit: doesn't sound all that unusual until you find out i went to a HS that had 5000 kids from every nook and cranny of chicago and he traded it in at a dealer in the burbs that we moved right before my senior year.

now that i really think about it, that's not a terrible looking car for the time i guess.

i dont know why but i absolutely love that the tip of the wing is made from some poopty soft plastic that becomes discoloured over time.

my father was an idiot.

he wasn't connected but i think he tried to act like he was. we graduated from big buicks to big cadillacs. i believe he thought this made him look good in town.
