I'm sure you'll enjoy the Tetris one. It's just such an intricate game, just like chess.
Except that in Tetris you gotta act way faster (average of 1 decision every 2 seconds) and also it's what's refered to as an NP-Problem, which means that a computer cannot find the "best" way to clear a level.

nice

This game mesmerized a looooooot of people back then. It is no less than "the most popular video game of all-time", and by a WIDE margin (It was a really wise choice to pack the game in with the gameboy), selling a staggering 495 000 000 across all platforms. It really took the world by storm. Truly a HUGE game. Damn what a monster...

And it's no wonder, it's really damn addictive. It is literally a perfect puzzle game.

whoa

Another 2009 Oxford study suggests that playing Tetris-like video games may help prevent the development of traumatic memories. If the video game treatment is played soon after the traumatic event, the preoccupation with Tetris shapes is enough to prevent the mental recitation of traumatic images, thereby decreasing the accuracy, intensity, and frequency of traumatic reminders. "We suggest it specifically interferes with the way sensory memories are laid down in the period after trauma and thus reduces the number of flashbacks that are experienced afterwards," summarizes Dr. Emily Holmes, who led the study.[8][9]
