Well, spent the last 90 minutes getting caught up. So much ground to cover!
Love that Grigo dedicated himself this hear...long-term IMO he's better off leading the Amerks. Let him do that and call him up occasionally to reward him.
Bills - what a freakin mess. HC "Morone" should get canned now for going to Orton NOW. Give EJ his year, like this team is now going to emerge as a playoff team..it ain't all EJ's fault (this coming from a non-believer). Whaley is desperate...he doubled down on EJ without merit, and jeopardized the future of the franchise...he totally F-up'd the Draft and O-line situation...the best way to fortify a young QB is to give him the BEST O-line possible to A) enable a solid running game so he can pass when it benefits him, B) provide an additional 1/2 to 1 second extra to go through progressions. Dumb, dumb, dumb. That wa a bet your job move--guess what!
Hackett...way, way over his head. Get some godarn sleep and may e the light will come on..let's throw a screen the the side where AJ (a freak of natural ability) who batts down more balls tha Shaq did...dumb, dumb, dumb.
To those who revers these football coaches ... See above...get s

I caught the third period and the rest of the game . The way Grigo was playing , he isn't the same kid as last season. I really think he stays here. - cabin
With how he looked, it could be possible that he plays a 2C role that Reinhart would have had if he stayed. Then put Girgensons as the 3C. You can switch Gionta and Stewart depending on the game as 2/3W.
I still think Reinhart gets his chance as a 2/3C here before they commit to Grigo for the season in that role. |

I don't for Marrone but I'm fine with benching EJ. Its just one step closer to the organization coming to grips with the fact that he isn't leading us anywhere.
Whaley didn't draft EJ, Nix did. Was Whaley behind it? Looks that way but we don't know for sure.

Whaley did however use 2 first to get a "win now" receiver with no one to get the ball to him. I also can't name another rookie contributing. |

I think Grigs goes to Rochester for 20 games and hopefully tears it up like Pominville and Roy did for 20 games or so and comes back for good. Reinhart I believe goes back. |

I think you're both right. I think they want to give Grigo the chance he's trying to prove he's earned. From the highlights I saw last night, Grigo is playing like a man possessed. The control on that saucer pass and the quick release was bananas. Cody drew three defenders and left Grigo open. Would that happen with full NHL rosters? Possibly, but there would be more of a watch on Grigo if he's here based on plays like that.
The only way I see Reinhart staying now, is if it's in a winger spot, but there aren't many available right now and putting Reinhart in a 4th line spot isn't going to cut it. |

Pretty much how I see it turning out . One game I saw of Grigo. I'm impressed but not ready to vote him into the allstars yet. Him going for 20 games or so would give us a better picture if he is for real or was just a real good game for him. |

Brown played every snap of the first three games and you a 7th rounder starting at RT.
I'm not saying I like or don't like Whaley, just think there is enough there to make that call yet. |

I hope T-Pegs learned from his acquisition of his other losing franchise. It is that way for a reason...the front office sucks...and their choice of Coaches blow.
Get an identity..."we are going to run CJ til he pukes". He is puking already. "EJ has a great understanding of our offense"...does the OC, cause I'm not seeing it. Did you once think of pulling EJ and replace him with Kyle? .. Not until you mentioned it...press conference today at 3:00
Is this Kenmore East?
This front office and coaching staff is well suited for high school. |

You might only get one kick at the can as a head coach in the NFL so why would you hire a novice OC, Hacket? Maybe Marrone thought highly of his own offensive intellect to lead the way but he needs a wise, veteran OC after this year if he still has his job. |

Homer...try a Bourbon called Buffalo Trace...nice, really nice! Bullit Bourbon is a favorite as well.
My good friend owns a liquor strode and he frequently hosts Bourbon tastings (good to be the King!) ... Those are up there for reasonably priced bottles. |

IF he has his job! That, kind sir is going downhill like a bobsled with three 400lb gorillas in the Luge.
If Moron is smart (oxymoron) he will give Hackett three (3) weeks with Orton, then he is done. If Whaley is smart he will give Moron 4 games...at 8 games if he isn't 5-3 ...freakin done. how long before Mr. "Hope" Marketing Genius is looking through the job postings?
Terry...don't make the same mistake twice....hire an ex-Bill to hire the new Preaident...where is OJ when you need him.
