One of the girls(not sure if it was from the Flyers or another team) came out with a story how bad/unfair the working conditions are for the ice girls. The Flyers just decided to get rid of them altogether.

The smartest, and I thought most obvious solution would be to keep the girls and just dress them in gear from the team shop. Why they fired them all and replaced them with guys is beyond stupid.

Up to yesterday's game I was a big Akeson fan and thought he was a shoe due to his play. However since putting him with rinaldo and PEB, I am not sure anymore. He seems to be a complimentary player who plays well with good players and gets exposed when asked to do too much

As I said, ignore the line order. Both lines I listed would play similar minutes to most teams third lines. They'd be interchangeable. One's a bit stronger offensively, one's a bit stronger defensively. But they'd both play about the same amount of minutes.

I like the look of the first unit power play personnel wise. I believe they should have done that last season, especially because Giroux and Lecavalier are both centermen.

Why is it that when a veteran plays poorly, people who point it out get chided with, it's just preseason.

But when a guy people don;t like much plays well, we get stuff like "Rinaldo's looked good all preseason"?
