Just checked it, the guy who he replied to is a typical a Twitter troll. Didn't take long for him to start making racist comments to everyone going at him. |

O'Reilly? Yeah, OReilly's a typical tweener, he's Ryan's older bro but a good top 6 AHL player. Good guy to have play with the younger guys in the AHL to help them generate offense.
Also the Sestito poll at HF has him at basically 50/50 if fans think he'll make the team. |

That is true but there is a lot of games with the Flames and Oilers you need Tom |

Without a doubt Sestito will be here. You need guys like him. He just has to be a 6'5 disturbance and not an enforcer. |

I'm surprised they don't use him more in front of the net. Like Chicago did with Byfuglien. He did score 42 goals in junior once. He must have some resemblance of talent beyond fighting. |

There are a few guys on our team that could drop the gloves but do we want to lose them for long stretches of time during the game? Let the talented guys play and the less talented throw knuckles. |

I was thinking exactly the same. He is not a good fighter, use him to run the goalie and go after a guy like Kopitar to throw the Kings off their game . |

I liked that running the goalie tonight |

He'll be really picky, Kesler-like. Especially if you ask him in year 2 and he still has a year after on his deal. Year 3 would be best. - EagleNuck
5x less picky than Kesler.
He cant be as picky as Kesler. Its in the limited NTC that he has to provide a list of 5 teams. Kesler wasnt bound to those limitations in his NTC... giving Benning 1 team.
For all we know Miller's agent discussed moving onto a contender in year 2. This is an easier way to do it for Miller. Easier to pick a contender late in a season. You can see who has a definite shot and who needs Gt's. Off season you can pick your contender and still struggle to make the playoffs because of injuries etc... Its still a crap shoot. Much easier to see the path in March.

ummm, are you saying mathius is talented?
there aren't that many that can drop the gloves on the nucks. you're stretching there.
bieksa, dorsett, sesitto, kassian, mathius. after that you're stretching.
kass and bieksa are better if they stay out of the box. let dorsett stir the pot out there. |

Yeah, total jerk, won't shut up about possession stats. I mean come on, just watch the games already, you can't tell everything from numbers on a page.
