I don't think it is impossible, but it's highly optimistic. I think the Flyers are a playoff team this year. I'd be ecstatic if they were a solid 5 seed.

Realistically, I see the Flyers in the 5-8 slot. The Rangers to me could go either way. Never know how injuries and unforeseen issues are going to affect a team. Every season there are teams that finish above or below where they are forecasted to. I think the Flyers have a chance to be better then a lot of people think they will be.
