Don't ever be afraid of being that guy that wants to go the extra yard either.
Don't worry about what your co - workers think about you when you do that.
Tell them simply, I like earning my lettuce.
Leaders lead and are never afraid to step to front, raise their hand and say here I am , I will do that poop!
If you be that guy that stands in the middle with all the other "floaters" on the jobsite your paycheck is going to resemble you being a floater. (Something I have preached to each one of my 6 children since the day they were born)
If you are that guy that stands in the front and tells your boss, "give me the (frank)ing ball , I want to run with that mother (frank)er" , your paycheck will certainly resemble that as well.
Which is what I did when I was 21 with a very large concrete company.
The construction industry has no room for drama queens nor floaters.
If you end up being one of those, you will be lucky to work one day out of the week coming out of the Union hall.

I will have some spare time during the winter when I take my few month resting period that I have earned.

I will definitely let you know. I'm still focused on getting my degree but it wouldn't hurt to go to the union hall. The issue working where I do in the summer is that I'm non union working with union guys, so I have to be careful that I don't do someone else's job even though at times I want to.

Months? Definitely wrong. You were just on here about a week ago posting an article that talked about how Bennett has looked during preseason.

Also, I wouldn't disregard Community colleges like that. It's not necessary and it's unfounded. Maybe some people are smart enough to go to a community college to get some classes out of the way for less money. IMO, those people are smart for not digging themselves into a bigger financial hole.

I believe Grigensons has leadership in him but i would like to see him develop more before given a letter.

Besides i think the captain thing is over rated people read to much into it, yes leadership is important. But the letter to me means nothing any body can get up and say something.

If Ennis, Myers, Girgensons or anyone else for that matter wants to get up and address the team i'm pretty sure nolan or the 3 elected captains will not have a problem with it in fact i think thay would in brace it.
