Although I could see the HSBC tower being updated with Offices, restaurants and condo's. classic mutli use. Build a glass exoskeleton around it to add more space and patios and such. Update the look. The place is built like an absolute tank.

yes exactly. i thought you were implying that jack asters was more expensive than mom and pops places which i dont think is absolutely true. You can get a meal for 10-15 dollars, and is fine for what youre getting. i dont think youre going to find much cheaper

To get technical, WTC #1 and #2 were poured steel beams. HSBC is poured concrete. Its beyond solid.

It kind of is. It did screw up the traffic pattern around downtown. Who evers idea it was to run traffic under the building was seriously dumb.
