So I heard five people call their season predictions yesterday. Not a single one of them picked the Flyers to finish in the playoffs. One had them finishing 7th in the Metro. (most of them just picked the playoff teams and didn't bother with the refuse)

So can the wheels come off and they take a serious dive in the standings. Should I spend my time watching the Phantoms, the Otters and BU?

I think Ill give Schenn more than one game to get going. Especially since they barely got to play as a unit during the preseason.

I understand that, but I don't think you can do that either. They basically missed the first two weeks of practice because of Girouxs injury, so I think, because of that lack of time together, they are going to need to do it as a work in progress now.

If it still looks bad at game 10 or 15, then you think about making changes. Right now, I think you have to leave them all together, all four lines, and let them work it out.

And this is why this schedule is so crazy...first two games a back to back with the third with only a day in between..what chance of practice does the team have with this horse poop...can't fix stff with games that often...
The schedulers are cluebags...several teams with 4 games next week...just dumb
