I think he's putting him out there to see if anyone gets desperate enough to overpay. If enough injuries occur early on it wouldn't shock me if someone paid the price he's asking for.

Honestly though, it could be total BS. It was part of a "trade segment" during the beginning of the season. Who else besides a team like the Sabres with no expectations would want to make a trade

We've got plenty of talent coming up behind Myers. If you can move him and make a killing, why not?
