I thought the play by play was awful last night. Decent game, sh!tty announcing. - Marwood
There were probably too many vowels and not enough consonants for Paul's liking. Used to doing European games. He seemed to have no trouble with Vrbata |

I couldn't believe how hoard Mike Johnson was sucking *up to* J.Tortarella. "He's won a Stanley Cup, of course he's a great coach"... - 1970vintage
I didn't mind Mike Johnson. Didn't like the other guy, he should have just thrown in the towel every shift the Sedins were on |

The color analyst Mike Johnston got pretty excited by Henrik's OT goal. - we_are_all_canucks
OT Goal?
One thing I didn't like about M.Johnston was that it took him 3 stoppages of play to get a point across. He's need to learn how to get it much quicker. He's not addressing the UN here; no need to be so articulate. |

Good point, he often ran into the actual play with his analyses. Just get to the point |

I didn't mind his analysis or commentary much either, it was just the whole JT thing that was bizarre. Maybe Rogers in in talks with bringing JT in... |

I don't think it was that bizarre. I'm sure he's not the only one who feels that JT was a good coach, and I think it was the "safe" thing to say given that it would have created a stir in the media if he had said straight up "JT sucks monkey balls" |

In reality I think he was just doing his best to make a joke/answer the question, which was pretty horribly worded. Sort of a reference about how he can't see them as well from the other end of the ice I think? I really doubt players have been asked/prompted to sell tickets in post-game interviews |

Unless FA is starting to panic since his ex-wife took him to the cleaners financially and the season ticket base is WAY lower than they're letting on.

Maybe he has Dominatrix/Gag-Ball photos of Don Cherry and Ron MacLean... This is the only possible reason that I can think of. |

It was against Calgary, but that's the kind of hockey I love to watch. Willie has definitely put his stamp on this team.
Hands down my favourite part of the game was when Engelland took a hack at Daniel. Not only did Daniel stick up for himself, but but Juice and Burr both came to his defense. I think Willie's influence has a lot to do with that kind of play.
I still thin a 7th-10th range finish is inevitable this season, but I'm excited about the direction of the team. - noisewater

I wish thinking there had to be a goat involved as well. However, if Kessel and Phaneuf are the primary targets of blackmail; it probably also includes one of the 7 Dwarfs... I'd put money on it being Sneezy. |

That might help explain the whole John Scott "stick swinging" incident. |
