Against a team like the Ducks, you have to get the puck out every time. It sounds like a cliche, but if it's on your stick, it's gotta get out. You can't beat them like this

Flyers ahl defense could arguably be better than the Flyers defense

early on their feet were moving and I liked the puck pursuit and board battles. the final 10 minutes was a lot of gliding and lazy coverage, passes, clears.

as usual the goalie in net is playing well

A few talking points from this summer that we can put to bed:

1) conditioning wasn't the problem,

2) a full camp w/ Berube hasn't made any discernible difference,

3) the PP/PK/goaltending success from last season won't automatically carry over.
