I doubt Eakins lasts 20 games after watching these first 4 poopshows thus far... I would give him another 2-3 more losses is my gut feeling...If Katz writes another bullpoop letter defending his admin and coaching group - I believe many will pull a 'Vancouver' and riot...
Further- Yak and Hall are easily the best players this team has iced thus far this season...

As one pointed out- maybe we have close to the right player make up and its all coaching and admin that are the prime issues with this team... as how do you change so many bodies year after year and still have worse results... we continue to all new lows... FFS we were comparing ALL TIME worst teams in an NHL decade!!!! 70s Washington and 80s Pittsburgh teams came to mind...

Have to trade Eberle. RNH is needed at center, Yakupov would be selling low, and Hall is too valuable.

Our system was working yesterday. We were outplaying ARI badly at one point. Bad goals hurt us again.

4 goals against Arizona is supposed to be a victory 99% of the time. Call it bad goaltending or bad D, either way the Eakins system doesn't win games. MacT improved the roster greatly in the offseason and it's the same poop product on the ice.

Jultz had 3 turnovers in one (frank)ing defensive zone series... Collectively- Petry is not even in the same breath as that poopshow Ference has been putting on... I think Dellow is trying to get Ference's numbers up or something cause that is one terrible pairing... The sliding starfish that we call a captain I doubt would be picked up by waivers even... What a mess of a season he is having...

Ultimately I'd say the marincin Petry decisions have been very terrible. I don't think he's been out coached by anyone other that sutter though this season.

It's kinda hard to win a game when your goalie is rocking a sub .800 save percentage.

Eakins isn't a perfect coach. He makes some big (frank) ups though from time to time

What did Petry do yesterday that made this team that much better? The way he played he can be say again against VAN for all I care.

Eakins is no a perfect coach, he is a good AHL coach, he is just in way over his head

MacT needs to make some trades and then give Eakins some time with REAL NHL players, and if he still struggles then we fire him and make Ramsay the intermediate coach and go shopping in the off-season.
