I actually only asked if he or she was watching, since he or she is who I quoted but yes, I think Weber has looked slightly less crap than Myers this year. I just don't see anything worth praise in Myers' game. He looks like a D version of Vanek. Idk. I want to see the kid take over a game, not go with the flow. He's been in the league for what, 5 years? He almost flat out refuses to shoot the puck, especially on the powerplay and its baffling. - DynamicThreads
I'd love to see him take over a game too.
But yet id love to see Mike Weber play more than 15 minutes without looking like an AHL'er. We all have dreams |

He has 3 points in 5 games. Other 45-50 point players have fetched 1sts.
I know you hate Nolan, but it's 5 games in. As soon as they send the pee wee back to juniors, Larsson or Grigorenko will improve them slightly |

Wait did you just say Weber is out performing Myers?
And you asked if other people were watching?
I don't have the energy for this.... - sbroads24
It's okay, he's already stated that he hates Myers. |

Still not going to net a first rounder at the deadline. Not even close. |

Weber has looked like a solid NHL defender in every single game this season. |

By the way, Myers led the team in shots tonight. Weird for someone that refused to shoot the puck |

A few of the fans on this site... Ted Nolan will get everything he can out of these players, Ted Nolan makes Drew Stafford a good player, Ted Nolan made the Islanders a playoff team, Ted Nolan banged Doms wife, Ted Nolan was the second gunman on the grassy knoll.... etc.
Honestly I don't care because Ted Nolan will get us to the promised land.

Never understood all the Mike Weber hate. I don't expect him to play like anything but a #6 and he is. On the other hand, never understood all the knob-slobbing for Myers. He would look the same playing for any other team. I think the guy's ceiling was his Rookie year. Sometimes a 6'8" d-man is just a 6'8" d-man. I don't see him ever becoming dominant at this stage, he looks maxed out.

We had 24 shots. Not hard to lead the team in shots when you no one else is shooting.
A quick look at NHL.com Boxscore says Myers had 4 shots tonight. Wooooooooow.

So Weber is expected to be a #6 because he is, but you expect Myers to be extremely physical when he isn't?
And that bold. You don't actually think that, do you? Is it possible to think that? |

Myers played 26+ minutes, had 4 shots, and wasn't on for a goal against.
Weber played 14:37 and was on for the only goal against.
They are in different leagues. One is good, the other isn't in the league on most (if not every other ) team |
