The whole team is bad. They can't make a pass that actually looks like they're NHL players. To dump on him in particular wouldn't be fair.

He's had a few chances, just can't seem to actually connect on them at the moment.

At this point.. Why not just play Zadorov? I get he may not be ready but it's better than him playing in the Khl drinking the russian fire water with our friend Dmitri Kalinin and ilya. Benoit is butt cheeks out there. If it's possible find a way to get him some minutes

I think I've said it on here before but he was completely ineffective without Tavares. We tried bouncing him around on other lines due to his defensive game being atrocious on the first line. It actually got worse. Nice guy and I was hoping he'd find his game but after what he did in Minny I figured he was a product of Tavares which most suspected to begin with. I never liked him on our first line. The rest of his game was so bad that it affected the productivity of the line IMO. Too many times that line would get pinned in our zone bcs of him not taking a hit or completely disappearing in the neutral zone.

You really think that would've worked out?


He went to the best possible destination for him as he didn't have/need to be the guy.

He was fine here last year. The issue is that the entire team just seems to lack chemistry for some reason right now. To say that he's completely ineffective without Tavares is just as false as saying he's just as good without Tavares. He'll figure things out, it's just going to take some time.

Voynov was arrested this morning on charges of domestic violence. The NHL is conducting an investigation into the matter. This comes after the intense scrutiny the NFL faced for its handling of its recent domestic violence incidents, including their initial two-game suspension of Ray Rice, which was seen by many as light under the circumstances.

I was really hoping this would not happen in the NHL, the NHL doesn't get enough "face time" as it is IMO and when it does it's negitive

He'd have done the same thing if he was traded here.
