Actually a bit similar to the Nets.

Nets went all out and spent a ton, traded away picks for players and got everyone excited.

They ended up being decent, but nothing good enough to contend for a title. Now, their players are old, they lack draft picks and young talent and their russian billionaire owner is about to sell.

Sure but that's not even close to the start of what it would take, I want to continue to build the prospect depth.
