What upsets me about the first goal is you have Del Zotto within view and the eventual goal scorer stand in clear site of the puck. Del Zotto was too slow and might have helped put it in himself. At the same time I've seen goalies who are unsure if they have it or not but know they're on top of it cover both their front and back of the five hole so the puck isn't in site.

I mean, all the bleating about Zac Rinaldo, Jason Akeson, etc. It's like looking at someone who survived a car wreck and wondering when they were gonna pop that zit on there nose.

Fact is, compared to the top teams, the Flyers are not that talented, and it's showing up in a big, bad way right now. They are talented enough to get by in the East, maybe, but I don't think they'd make the playoffs out West.

The Hawks make this team look like they are skating in mud.

The one neat thing I saw was BSchenn, Couturier, and Simmonds on a line. Or did I imagine that?

Not as hilarious as when we trade Brayden Schenn to get him (because you can only trade a Schenn for a Van Riemsdyk) and Brayden Schenn goes on to be a 50 goals scorer and Trevor Van Riemsdyk retires due to post concussion syndrome.

Flyers draft 1st overall, but but the ball picked by Bettman is dropped, and when the ball is found, the logo on it is obscured, so Flyers actually end up picking 2nd.

Flyers end up drafting QVR 2nd overall, who is later traded for Duke Schenn, D man from Toronto who turns out to be a bust.
