I like what pro scouts have said to me about him . You can teach size , He has remarkable skating ability for a man that size . He does need a change of Scenery . He needed a coach that would let him play the game that got him to the the NHL . And he has that now.

Agreed and Agreed. I could actually see Murray Trade Girgs if someone threw the kitchen sink at him to get him. But i highly doubt that would happen. So, im going to keep the torch un lit at this time.

So you want to trade Myers and a really good prospect? Who else do you have in mind? Because I would need to get a pretty hefty return for a package like that. And the chance of a team winning the lottery if they're sitting between 10-16 is pretty slim.

I don't think he is. I think he is a good def. I like him. But I have Zadorov, Risto and McCabe to build around. This team is 2-3 years away from playoffs.
I think in the next year there will be a new coach.

I was listening to the NHL station on XM today. It was Boomer and someone else. One of them said that they only reason they even turn on a Sabres game is to watch Girgs. He's managed to catch the attention of pretty much everyone in a very short period of time.
