That's just it. Pretty much any player would have no problem going there because why wouldn't they want to be on the same team as Crosby?

Their top 6 has been really good, but their bottom 6 has been sub par.

But Chicago has had to deal with salary cap issues and managed to win 2 Cups in a short period of time. The GM there has been much more competent, IMO.

Correct the gap is closer than some want to admit but McDavid is still and will be the consensus #1 pick.

Agreed. Even if McDavid is a class above him, Eichel's in a pretty good class too. Can build a successful team around either one of them.

I'd say any of the top 2 fwds or D's have the potential to be #1's. I'd take any of them.
