He'd have to want to (which I doubt) and he'd have to be able to get out of his contract commitment in the KHL (also doubtful).

If there was ever a year to grin and bear suckage because of the upcoming draft class, it's this one. And it doesn't make a lot of sense to bring Ghost up to a bubble team. If they thought he was ready, he should have started the season with the big club. Injuries don't change that, imo.

Still, it's a little early in the season to be throwing in the towel.

I don't think he has any intention of bringing up Ghost.

Having to replace MacDonald with Read or Couturier on the 2nd PP unit is the least of our problems.

I felt really bad for Modry. He was playing with a heavy heart with his grandfather on his mind every game but...man, he just wasn't good at all.
