Puck was wobbly on edge the length of the rink and it goes in with an acre to spare.... Vrbada is fkn good with the puck.

How often do you see him make a costly mistake? Far less than the Sedins. He's solid as hell and back checks even...

Yeah, I was 50/50 on him but he's solid for sure. (frank)ing Gillis brought us David Booth instead.

CAR next....them and BUF are the two easiest teams to play in the league right now. Should be an easy two points if the team shows up.

Agree with the Sportsnet guys, Miller was solid tonight. Breakaway save was huge.

IKR, look how Vrbada uses the ice and his skill set... Booth with the puck looked like a dumb dog chasing a bird off into the sunset.

I know the Ducks are stacked with Kesler now, but come on Scoobs.

I miss Luongo's bellyflops and how he looked towards the sky with slumping shoulders after every goal allowed.

Honestly, he's a better shooter(wrister) than Kesler. Not as powerful of a shot but the guy can pick a corner. Better passer/playmaker as well.

Kesler is much better in terms of speed, strength, working in front of the net in the offensive zone and defensive ability though.

I think of it like this.... there are bad teams in this league who *cant* take advantage of a quality team that's tired from a back to back... We just knocked off two in the last 3 games. I know... low expectations but we do not feed on the bottom.

Bonino and Miller were big in those two wins as well...

Why the (frank) is Burrows always falling down?
- LeftCoaster

Yeah, He had one bad dive tonight. Ovechkin seems invisible under Trotz system. I noticed him maybe twice all game.

I wouldn't take away much from this game, back to back for them. Also what I've noticed is that we much up better with teams who want to play a more structured style(the Caps are more like this under Trotz) compared to teams like DAL/COL who don't mind going back and fourth at a quick pace.
