Yeah it does. I think I'm going to try and get down there on Dec 20th. I have tickets to the game that night. Probably go down in the afternoon and get a late lunch/early dinner.

Pretty much the going rate these days. That's what you pay for it at places like TGI Fridays, Applebees and Red Robin. |

Why would anyone eat at one of those poopholes when you could relax at a neighborhood place like this and get something of far superior quality for under $10:

I agree. I'm not saying that I frequent them, because I don't. Prices are high and the quality is sub par.
But I bet if you check the menu for Lagerhaus 95, Iron Works, and Cobblestone, it's pretty close to the same.
I've been to Lagerhaus 95. The bartender was a complete grouch and the food wasn't all that great. Not somewhere I plan on going again unless I have no other option. |

Because they aren't downtown, directly across from the arena and have 38.5 foot TV's. |

I'll just stay home: I can get a grouch there, and great food, for what I already paid in the grocery bill. |

One of the very few downsides of the revitalization of a downtown metro area. As activity goes up, so do the prices...of everything. It's not necessarily a bad thing, as long as incomes go up with it. |

To go to work and to fill the cars with gas, yes.
But I'm supposed to be home before the streetlights come on. |

No it's 100% fair, all I heard was TANK, TANK,TANK, TANK AWAY. That's what you are getting, regardless of what everyone thought including ME who said we won't make the playoffs but we won't TANK either. As of now, I was wrong. - SABRES 89
I think it's awesome they are this bad this year and I find it quite interesting to see the level of futility this team can reach. If you are going to do something do it right or don't do it at all, especially this year with two top talents to be had. |
