I want to make a 2Real argument, if I may
Ghost is a key to success.
They win with Ghost in the lineup.
They lose without him in the lineup. - jmatchett383
That's not an argument. That's 1 opinion and two incorrect facts. |

Manning was good last night and he's been good many times before going back to 2011-12 season. Lauridsen in my opinion was called up once during a season where not many players wereon the top of their games. Some didn't play during the lockout and the lack of a training camp I believe hurts anyone who doesn't participate in one. Lauridsen had his chance in what I call a lazy throw away season. - SuperSchennBros
But didn't we agree like 2 weeks ago that this was a throw-away season and that we should start selling off pieces and tank for McDavid? |

Berube doesn't like to upset Vinny. They will bend over backwards to make him fit - PhillySportsGuy
He only demoted him to the 4th line last year. I keep reading statements like he likes Jones better then he does Akeson, when he has played Akeson more. And he doesn't like to upset Lecavalier, yet he moved him to LW and demoted him to the 4th line last year. |

Collie's gonna need a week or so to get acclimated... bet Manning's playing at least until then, maybe beyond.
(btw, is there a more stupid nickname than Man Dog? They should just call him Peyton) - Tomahawk
Just go with the traditional "-y" after the first syllable. That way, Manny can go work at Pep Boys with Moe and Jack when he's done with hockey.
Edit: I tried WAAAAAYYY too hard. |

He's nothing more than an AHL defenseman. That being said, he has NHL experience, already has a two-way contract, and is on a contract that can be buried. I don't see the need to sign a walking piece of tin foil who sucks like Coliacovo to add to your contract slots and payroll when you've already got a player who sucks in Lauridsen. - jmatchett383
Having a two contract doesn't mean anything really. And I'm going to go out on a limb and say that if healthy, Coliacovo is a better player then Lauridsen is. |

If 24 years old, Bobby Orr is better than Shea Weber. |

Since they can hire guys on NHL contracts, maybe Matt Cooke could use some extra dough. |

That was one of the worst plays I've seen. Turgeon scores the OT winner and like 15 secs later.. boom.
Also another that belongs there is Chelios. His hit on Propp still angers me. |

Yeah. I would be suprised if laurdison is here much lnger. Got to remember if say one or two dmen come up next year they have Wilcox and possibly Vasilev that could come over from Russia. They are starting to build a solid system. And the Phatoms were terble for long it is nice to see them playing solid hockey in allentown. Sending Manning and Ghost back will just help in the development. Ghost got a taste and now knows the speed and can work on some things. If something were to happen and the Flyers are out of it at the TDL then i would assume Ghost will be ready to come up around that time if players are moved. - J35Bacher
he is a RFA after this season so I would bet on him signing closer to home rather than in NA

I must say I have been pleasantly surprised with Schultz's play (guess this is why the preseason shouldn't be taken too seriously) and Del Zotto has looked better and better with more minutes. Fingers crossed that he is finding his game again. He could end up being an absolute steal for the team. capgeek has him as a RFA. can that be right? |
