Yep, the Flyers control his rights, due to his age and accumulated NHL seasons -- he's here if the Flyers want him to be - AllInForFlyers
oh nice. i had thought since he was a UFA when signed he would have been a UFA again. Could really end up being a nice steal.

Colaiacovo is actually a very talented player. Unfortunately he is constructed entirely of porcelain and dermabond.
Hopefully he stays healthy until Coburn and Amac return, then he can heal until the next defenseman goes down. |

Also, Bob
Flyers have been very good at finding college/international FAs lately. Bob, Read, Raffl and PEB have all been good for them. |

Raffl has been a very surprising bright spot this year. I'm not sure he'll be able to sustain his play, but he's been a very nice fit on that top line. Somehow or other, he meshes well. |

Not sure I want to split up the Schenn-Bellemare-Simmonds line. Had quite a few moments last night. Seem to mesh well together |

What if Carlo has always been full of candy and no one has been able to break through yet? Would explain everyone trying to injure him |

CC is a decent pickup, when healthy he is a decent all around player.
Also, if the the Flyers bring the same effort against Florida that they did against Tampa, they should win going away. |

Yeah. His shooting percentage will drop, but he's been creating a lot of chances. Seems like he gets at least 3 or 4 real good scoring chances each game. G and Voracek are having very good seasons as well. I've always liked those 3 together. |

One thing I noticed about Raffl is it seems the puck just finds him. It could be bouncing all over the place but ends up on his stick on near him.
Also I think Schenn has been playing better and getting more comfortable on the wing. Seems to be driving play a little more and going to scoring areas. |

Off-topic comment, but I hate that whatever player scores the OT/shooutout winner is almost automatically the game's 1st star. It doesn't really mater a lick, but it irritates me that a player can play like trash for 60/65 minutes, make one shot, and automatically be judged the best player on either team that night. Yes, you scored the goal that gave your team the extra point, but that doesn't mean you were most responsible for the 2 points your team got. |
