Regardless of how this game turns out, to me, the Flyers:
1. Need to figure out how to get Matt Read going -- I'd get him off that line with Couturier. He's been that invisible this year
2. Seriously need to evaluate that 2nd PP unit -- they get absolutely nothing from it. Nothing
3. Find a LW with some speed to play with Lecavalier and Simmonds -- it you're going to run that combo, that LW needs to be somebody who can move |

Oh yeah, definitely. And those 1 point games will pile up and we'll be picking 11th in the draft instead of 6th. - hereticpride
Either would be fine |

Speaking of Del Zotto, he's looking better and better every game, and I'm loving it. |

1. I don't know where you can put him. He isn't getting the offense going anywhere you put him.
2.100% agree. I'd be open to any suggestions.

Secondary offensive pressure, where have you gone? - Tomahawk
They look as bad as those numbers indicate -- the eye test is not being kind; I can't even imagine what the advanced numbers are saying

On number 3, Raffl?
I wouldn't break up the first line but Raff is exactly what that pair needs. |

If it ain't broke, Berube will fix it.
The Flyers have had more dump-ins tonight than the Octo-mom |

Alt will out for approximately one month with the shoulder injury he suffered last week, so don't look for him in Phantoms lineup soon. |

Sometimes rather then blame the Coach, blame the players, and give some credit to the opposition. The Panther are one of the best defensive teams in the League.

I don't know that you don't move Read to the fourth line right now -- he's been that invisible
Let's put it this way: I don't know that I wouldn't move Vandevelde up for this final period -- at least Vandevelde's been moving his feet and getting to pucks

If they target a LW how about Lawson Crouse, Pavel Zacha, Paul Bittner, Yevgeni Svechnikov, Jordan Greenway, or Ryan Gropp |

Hextall flat out said he wants another playmaker
Flyers have 2 and they're both on one line
I think Couts is going to have some ability at this too but he's not quite there yet |

He's been out of action for a while, so he's going to need a few games to get going. Practice all you want. Playing games gets you in game shape.

It's not all gonna be gold. Zeppelin had In Through The Out Door, Mel Brooks had Life Stinks, even Rick Astley had a bad song or two |

Not that he'd have accepted it but to help with that he could have played a game or 2 with the Phantoms so when coming back he'd have a better impact early on |

Wonder if Colie will get sent on a conditioning assigment... that's somebody who could really use it. |
