It's so hard right now to get a feel for what's wrong with Read -- is he simply expending so much energy each shift defensively, that's he just not getting to spots?

L3 has it tough, without a doubt. But my worry with Read is that he really doesn't seem to be locked into any particular aspect of the game offensively -- I don't really see him carrying the puck, setting anyone up, getting into positions to shoot...it's been tough watching it, because the only thing worse than not scoring is looking like you just aren't going to score.
