Remember waking up the next morning after game 7. Wasnt an Oil fan, but was rooting for them, and was like devestated that they lost.

Next season Ottawa was in it. So I remember that quite well, I remember Detroit vs Pittsburgh two straight years. Philly vs Chicago, Vancouver vs Boston, LA vs New Jersey, ect.

That's cool. Always good to remember those things. Mine were seeing Yzerman, Vernon, Lidstrom, and Zetterberg raise the Conn Smythe AFTER raising the Stanley Cups.

I really enjoyed Petr Klima's OT goal vs Boston in the Stanley Cup finals, it was super late in Labrador at the time and I was glued to ITV watching the game, he scored and I woke up my entire house.

I'll never forget losing that game. I remember 2nd intermission I walked outside to catch some fresh air and thinking to myself, it's ok if we lose, this team is gunna be back and competitive for a while..
