I think it's pretty awesome. It's in Hamilton and I believe it's a big school field trip sort of day.

good grief that is awesome... I wish hockey was so much more prevalent here to do something like that.

I expect Armia the sniper to snipe a few snipers in the early goings of this mid morning affair.

I can't wait to see the boys come here to play the Iowa Wild.. but by that point... all of the big guys could be up because of trades.

The feeling seems to be that Grigorenko and Armia wil stay the year in Rochester and my guess they would call up guys like Adam and Eliis.

if this was your fantasy team you would be 0-9
qb newton
rb peterson
rb ball
wr calvin johnson
wr patterson
wr allen
te davis

- homiedclown

That is my team pretty much. except I didn't have AP. I drafted Megatron 1st round, Antonio Brown 2nd, Newton 3rd, ball 4th.

I'm currently in 1st place in my league...

The Bills next 4 games
home vs KC
at Miami
home vs Jets
home vs Browns
IMO they need to go 3-1

will they?

- homiedclown

I think they have to go 4-0... Honestly I don't see us getting in at 10-6. So many teams with a winning record this year in the AFC.

That'd be interesting... I guess why get the guys beat up in Buffalo if they can play very good hockey in Rochester. Beat up their confidence.

I would think at the deadline that Meszaros, Stafford, and Stewart are all traded.

They would call up Larsson and Adam..

I'd love to see Schaller up here a little... almost made the big club out of camp.

I have

Cutler
Charles
Lacy
AJ Green
Nelson
H. Miller

and I'm like 4-5... I don't get it... i traded a guy Shady McCoy for Charles straight up and I've come away much better so far.

Yup, Ive already come to that conclusion. NE has a 2 game lead and wins the tie breaker right now. So essentially we are in a fight for 2 playoff spots with 12 other teams(well 10 cause Oak and Jax are hopeless). I hate the 8 division system. Being in a division with NE, we've had virtually no chance to win this whole time.

I would think those guys will all be traded at some point this year. Schaller is having a very good year down in Rochester (7 pts in 9 games) and Ruhwedel is tied for the team lead in points with Varone. If they move guys like Mez, Staff or Stewart they can call up guys and leave Grigs and Armia there.

These are the kind of games where you find out who's been respecting their curfew. Watch for Vanek like movement from some of them

Vanek 1G 7A 10 GP (I read somewhere on twitter that he's been sound defensively and had a mini stroke)

Pominville 3G 4A 10 GP, he's been about what you'd expect from him.

It's early but Minnesota look like a real threat this year. Very high scoring but balanced lineup. Goaltending could do them in though.

They have a significant number of snipers whose sniping capabilities in the NHL - at the highest levels - have been established under recognized and accepted "sniper" definitions.

However, one could fairly say that it is still early this season, and the team of Minnesota's snipers has yet to prove that their sniping potential will be maintained throughout the entire sniping season.

Kid hasn't laced them up yet for the team/league, but still honored:

"Calgary, AB - The Western Hockey League announced today that Kootenay ICE forward Sam Reinhart has been added to the roster of Team WHL which will compete against Team Russia in the 2014 SUBWAY® Super Series.

Reinhart, a 19-year-old from Vancouver, BC, has also been named Captain of Team WHL for both games of the series and joins teammate Jaedon Descheneau in representing the Kootenay ICE at the event."
