Just opened a Popeys less than a mile from me . First one in buffalo, since they left in the 90's. Not impressed. had a sampler plater shrimp,chicken, rib.

My girl is a lobster nut.. Due to take her out.

If I was out and needed grub. I would stop at a KFC and get a crispy breast. And be happy.

On the grill . just grab the beef and flatten it out , Don't pack it or smash it . the looser on the grill the better. Just be carefull flipping it . Best burger as far as texture and flavor . IMO

I think the NHL should adopt a new rule requiring the immediate ejection of all those chimps that sit in the first row finished and spend the night slapping the glass any time the Puck gets tied up near their seats. Also the jack holes two rows back on their phones waving at the TV camera every time the come into the camera angle.

Nothing beats a medium rare steak grilled with butter and a ton of salt and pepper. With a tater (baked) a salad some blue cheese and a frosty mug.

Add onions and mustard and maybe a slice of tomato if it's there. Thats my heaven.
