But not ROWs - mr.peanut
All you Habs fans are delusional. Zodorv skated straight back from the blue line with his back to Sekac the whole way. Just before he got to the boards he turned sideways for less than a second to slow down and not skate into the boards. Then in the same motion turned back to the same position he was in, in comparison to Sekac, for the last five seconds.
That wasn't only boarding and hitting from behind, it was also charging and retaliation. Anyone who supports that type of hockey play has serious ethical problems. If Zadorov weren't 6'5" and 260, that would have been a serious injury and a suspension.
Furthermore, to suggest that Zadorov shares some responsibility not to put himself in a position to take an illegal hit is ridiculous. If I walk into the ghetto at night and get murdered, is the murderer let off the hook because I should not be walking in that neighborhood? Yes I was stupid to walk there, but a crime is a crime no matter how stupid I am to let it happen to me.
To anyone defending that hit at all, I hope it happens exactly like that to your son. Then we will see if it is still acceptable and necessary.
These are human beings who have to live with the effects of head trauma for the rest of their life after their career is over. Montreal wanted to arrest Chara for assault after his hit on Paccioretti. Yet you condone unnecessary, retaliatory, throwing a person head first into the boards as long as your team is the one doing it.
And you say Americans are the ignorant obnoxious ones. |

Awful. I'm being strongly suggested by my funds to go to Queen's in Kingston, which has a rather good program, but the housing for graduates is in a regular hotel. The "common room" is just a regular hotel room with like, 10 seats. And it's 25 minutes away from the actual campus.
And many of the others are too expensive. |

You should send your application to the Pete26 scholarship fund, I am told it's a generous program. |

My sources tell me it's for people who want to hire professors to teach in strip clubs. |
