I won't. MCW is a legit talent. But expecting Embiid and Noel to hold up physically to the rigors of an 82 game schedule + playoffs is fools gold. You see how injury prone they are already. I'm not even sure how good they will be anyway. I don't see the Sixers being relevant any time soon. |

What a mess. I haven't cared about the NBA since Jordan left. But the Sixers are a disgrace. - PLindbergh31
I am pretty sure we talked about the 4 sports before but I honestly don't like basketball at all. I root for anything Philadelphia but really not a fan of the sport. that said, I just know you can't get out of the middle of the pack without totally sucking in basketball so they are probably doing the right thing. and honestly for a Crosby, Malkin, OV, Kane, McDavid type #1/2 pick I would be ok for a one season tank for the Flyers. |

NHL chief operating officer John Collins said in an interview posted Thursday by Sports Business Daily that jersey sponsorship is "coming and happening," though he didn't give any details or a timeframe for when the move may occur.

Playing Schenn against other team's top forwards sounds like a bad idea to me. - Feanor
Playing any of the Flyers D against top lines scares the poop out of me, just glad they are getting good goaltending cause man, they really need it. |

Agreed. But why are they a non factor in free agency? - PLindbergh31
They wont be in the coming years. Dont be surprised if they go at Durant hard. I could see him signing here in 2016 |

Well if they land Durant, that obviously makes them more than relevant. |

but honestly the NBA is a different animal. the way its set up - unless you can sign at least two superstars - the way the sixers are going about it is really the only way to become a legit contender longterm - Crimsoninja

the flys are rolling!
this patchwork d is really growning on me, not sure i want coburn or amac back, they might mess up any repore these guys are bonding.
im happy how all the players are coming together was really worried in the early stages.
i wish vinny would retire or something, he is horrible. - mydoglicks
I don't see them messing up any chemistry, I see them making the team better then it currently is. And not sure why Lecavalier is horrible. He's just coming back off of injury, and looks good on his skates.

seriously. it is named after six brothers with the last name Roblee.
So the full name is Six Roblees' Inc. Are they trying to possess the Inc.? Something else? What does it mean? - wilsonecho91
hate that so much
went to pick up my friend's kid from school with her once and they had a sign on the door asking parents to "please leave stroller's outside"

Yep. The thing is, there isn't a franchise player available at the top of every draft. You have to mix in signing top tier free agents, coupled with adding star power in the draft. The two players they got in the last 2 drafts are injury prone.
Why am I discussing the Sixers. I could care less if they suck for eternity. |

With the emergence of Del Zotto, when everyone is back and healthy, the Flyers have a solid defense group. They'll be getting back 2 top defenseman in Coburn and MacDonald. And one of the best parts about Del Zotto's emergence, is that they won't have to overplay MacDonald 23-24 minutes a game. They can play him 20 minutes a game, like he should be playing.

Just curious, but if Coburn and AMac are "top defensemen" than what are Weber, Pietrangelo, Keith, Subban, Suter, McDonagh, Doughty, Chara and OEL.

He's coming off missing an entire season, and he's missing games in the first week the following season. Translation. He's Cal Ripken redux. |
