Eberle and Yak are just good, not great

this is a fair assessment. Both will be good complimentary guys. Yakupov has the chance to be more. His forecheck led to the tying goal. Very physical kid and is now 200lbs. He needs the right centre. His two way game is drastically better and Eakins is now playing in the dying minutes.
I think leon is that guy for him but leon is being sheltered. Maybe next year. A grig/yak combo could look good for one of us but not sure I see a fit.
