I think Vinnys been decent togood and needs to improve his decisions with the puck. I also think hes moving better and has a little more jump. I just hope he stays healthy at this point.

I thought Lecavalier, Simmonds and Schenn looked good together in Vinny's return and then Berube mixed up the lines for some reason. It worked out for Schenn. It looks like it might workout for Simmonds. For Lecavalier, it's looking like a lose, lose situation. I felt Vandevelde stood out as a player who didn't belong on the second line.

No Doubt! Maybe I'm crazy in saying this but if I could hand Vandevelde any credit, I thought he looked better on the first line before the change to the second.

That's fine if you feel this way and I won't debate but Lecavalier is also listed in the doghouse without an exit along with Luke Schenn and Nicolas Grossmann in terms of looking for faults.

He's been better than last season, no question. Still not playing well overall. I wish he was playing better because it would mean that they could roll 4 very good lines, night in and night out. Who knows, he might play better and be a very valuable asset.

Such a small sample size. Before the injury he was playing solid hockey. Last game they rolled 4 lines.

Anyone can agree, but the fact is, that Lecavalier was playing solid hockey before taking the shot on the foot. I expect it to take a few games to get his timing back, and his game shape up to snuff, like I'd expect for any player coming off an injury where they missed some time.
