Van had a problem which was secondary scoring. Problem not fixed but better. The second problem has always been the defences inability to clear the front of the net. The Kings get the puck to the net, hence why we suck so badly against them.

Biggest difference is brekaouts, just play close attention to the Kings breakout vs the Canucks forecheck and vice versa.

I doubt he gets in when everyone's healthy. Plus if he was good to go I'd bet that Horvat would have been the the guy sitting out and he's been one of the few decent Canuck players tonight.

In all honesty I don't think he'd be any worse than anyone wearing a white jersey in this game. The only thing that's worse than their play is it looks like not one of them give a poop out there.

Burrows is a 3rd liner at this point, might as well face reality. He's lost a step, and isn't the biggest or most skilled player either. What he still brings at this point is hustle, agitation(not as much these days though), and hockey sense.

But in terms of offensive skill, speed and size, he's looking bad out there.
