Probably is worse considering Buffalo didn't even offer him a league minimum deal

Buffalo also has a boat load of young defenseman. But he's, Jamie McBain, is .33 ppg player on some bad teams. Mike Kostka is .30 ppg player while spending parts of 4 seasons with playoff teams.

I don't get the call up of Fast. I've seen enough of him and IMO he's a 4th line player. I would have much rather seen Miller up here. I don't think Miller deserved such a short leash after a strong preseason, and while he was playing poorly to start the season so was the rest of the team.

Definitely don't think Duclair's struggles are all him... Product of everyone watching it when the Rangers have an outing like last night.

He hasn't gotten much opportunity, just like JT Miller. Duclair had some great shifts last night. Not perfect, but there were some forwards who I can't say did anything well last night.

I think sometimes the decisions the coaching staff makes are suspect.

JT Miller, never getting much of a stint. Must be a huge jerk in the lockerroom or something.

What about a Hayes-Miller-Duclair line?
Hags would have to fit somewhere though.
