As soon as they dropped him down to his rightful place in the bottom six he played a good game.

He seems miscast as a centre: poor at faceoffs, weak on the puck, not the most defensively responsible. I'd like to see him play on the wing.

While I think WD is doing a good job with this team I think right now he would be behind coaches on the preds and flames as the canucks were expected to be in the running for a playoff spot and the other two not so much ....but who are we kidding if Carlyle gets the leafs in to the playoffs the entire east voters will vote for him
