I like that goal but before Yak scored it highlights an issue that Yak has where he doesn't have his stick on the ice when he's in those spots.

Its that split second he saves by having it down already that can make the difference when he gets a pass. Makes it a bit easier to keep the puck infront of you too.

Maybe not the best comparison but when Burrows would play with the Sedins he'd always be ready with his stick down. Jannik Hansen regularly is not. One of them is great with the Twins, one of them shuts them down better than any opposing defenceman could hope.
