Yeah. I know people like that too. I would recommend following through and getting a job in law even if you don't like it right away. The experience is the most important thing. Then you can branch out a bit.

yeah. i typically try to give things a good benefit of the doubt before i come to a final conclusion. and hell, with student loans, im probably going to take the first halfway decent opportunity that will give me a paycheck for constantly showing up everyday instead of calling security.

definitely VERY cool subject matter. at least the patent stuff anyway. i took a general intro to IP stuff and it was very interesting. and yeah, it is one of the areas that is experiencing growth.

but a lot of firms and companies want people with backgrounds in the areas theyd be using you in, other than just the law. computer sciences, pharma, engineering, things like that. i mean it makes sense, but i dont know how many degrees these people expect you to get haha
