Bad couple of games? Once again this team isnt making the playoffs. Its more than "bad".

OK... I'll admit it... I have not seen a single Sabres game yet......... A couple of reasons why......1) What they do on the ice hardly qualifies as hockey...2) How pathetic is the NHL nowadays when a 30 goal scorer is referred to as an elite player/ superstar.......
The NHL has become an irrelevant and boring sport to watch...... Remember the 70's?.... Now that is what hockey is supposed to be.............

Well now that the Bills are out of playoff contention I will try to suffer through watching the Sabres..... Oh... I would not bet the store that the Sabres would win the lottery either..... You know... The Buffalo curse.....

Orton is showing that he's a typical backup-caliber quarterback. He can win you 3 or 4 games out of the gate, but can't seem to sustain that type of pace throughout an entire season. The short version is this: Orton is mediocre. Manuel is worse. They need much better from the position.

Definitely wasn't around in the 70s. Though I bet those teams were fun to watch. I wish that I could have had the pleasure of watching Perreault play. I was only 5 during his final season. I'm sure that I did watch during those last few years, but I certainly don't remember it.

They have to do it right, which is no guarantee, but in order to have a chance to win in this league, you need elite players, and the best way to do that in the current climate is through the draft.
