No seriously the scale backs me up. I just turned 37, I still work out and play tennis and basketball, and I eat the same. But I have been 180-185 since highschool, now I am high 190's I am 6'2 so I wear it well, but I am the heaviest I have ever been. And my clothes are getting tight.
