There is no upgrade at all. If Orton starts next week, then Pegula should immediately fire Whaley, Marrone, and the entire offensive coaching staff.

Kyle Williams is a bettter option at QB at this point. Manuel and Orton both need to go.

Peyton Manning was injured and had surgery that season. They sucked because all teams with no good qb suck, but manning was still under contract. After they drafted Luck they didn't resign Manning and he signed as a UFA in Denver.

Difference is that there is not lottery in the NFL.

And Marrone and Hacket are not NFL caliber coaches. We have better personnel than the majority of our opponents, and we are losing by being outcoached. I wonder if Marrone wanted that fourth and two back when he was going for it on fourth and eight from our own eleven yard line? Retard

I agree that we should go back with Manuel. But they are coaching for their lives at this point. And they think Orton will give them a better chance. I would at least like to see what Manuel would do knowing it might be his last chance. When we are mathematically eliminated, EJ better be in.
