Neuvirth is ufa I believe. I'd look at him if the goaltending doesn't improve. Obviously defense should be priority one.

Schultz will be Norris material soon enough... There's a reason there was so much media hype around where he was going to go. He is oozing with talent... I do believe that he would be better as a forward, BUT he still should be the clear top d-man in the league within 3 years.

also, I saw something about kuemper being over his waiver exempt status or very close anyway. so if i understand everything correctly;
with a healthy harding back, one of backstrom, harding or kuemper will soon be available on waivers.
