It's because dion has the skill set of a #1 guy but the hockey sense of an AHL guy ....so he has games where he plays unreal and you think he is a top pairing guy and than he has games where you wonder if he has any idea how to play defense ...it's a frustrating thing for fans to watch ...in a perfect world dion would be a second pairing guy who doesn't have to play high minutes and gets more favourable match ups to produce offensively
