also (frank)in Pointe-Claire bro, used to be in winter you couldn't park on the street from midnight to 7am which is fine, it was for snow removal.
now they put up signs on one side every street saying that in winter you can't park at all.
on my street there are only houses on one side
obviously they make every one park on the other side of the street |
