now they put up signs on one side every street saying that in winter you can't park at all.

They should trade him. He's a "leader" on the team and he's a terrible example of leadership for the younger guys. No character at all on that team. But what do I know, I was being told by Edm fans that the Habs wouldn't be a playoff team in the west and the oilers would be battling for a wild card in the east.
