More like how my favourite baseball team has managed to sign a free agent that isnt complete garbage.

He's not the greatest signing ever. But but his name isnt mendoza. I'll take it for sure.

If they can stay healthy. (not a good term for the blue jays) they should be competitive next year.

Young pitching in Stroman and Sanchez proved to be solid towards the end of last year.

But adding a few more above average arms could takes this team a long way.

They had Lind, Encarnacion, Bautista and Lawrie all out for an extended period of time. Not to mention all at the same time at one point.

Those are huge losses one at a time. All at the same time though? there was no saving them.....

Reyes was hurt for a bit aswell.
