All of this talk about Myers is the exact reason why I say that I don't think it would ever be a good idea for Pat Kane to play here. Many of the fans have unrealistic expectations of players and nothing the player does is good enough. They get mad and propose every trade under the sun ad nauseam.

People expected that from Ehrhoff too. When you don't have forwards that are worth a damn your defense gets no room on the back end.

Watch the Vancouver powerplay the penalty killers play towards the Sedins opening up the ice for a guy like Ehrhoff to get all the stats.

Seeing as how this season isn't even a quarter of the way through, I think you need to temper your expectations. He's never been the leader in ice time over an entire season until this year, and even that isn't every game. Zadorov had more during the Minny game.
