Then how about Curtis Joseph? Has more wins, shutouts, and playoff shutouts than Osgood. Just played on teams that were never able to get a Cup.

joseph's an interesting case, but i don't put a ton of stock into the shutouts/playoff shutouts. and he literally has 1 more shutout than osgood.

I think I would take a shot as a player who could replace rinaldo/Akeson/VDV and also slide up lineup if playing well.
