If the Flyers scratch Luke Schenn, he deserves it. However, scratching him to get a fourth line winger who contributes nothing to special teams might not be the best reason. I thought having 7 Defensemen on Saturday was a huge advantage and could definitely help us again tonight.

I'd disagree with you on that one -- at least Lupul can still play when he's in the lineup.

If Hextall could get Lupul for either of them, I'd have the paperwork in the fax machine before Toronto could hear dial tone

Yeah, for now. He gets hurt every year, though, and I'm more worried about cap space in the future than adding older guys on long deals. The last time he played over 69 games was when he was a Flyer
