Need more shoot out jokes from coach face punch. (frank)ing pathetic that this franchise is the worst shootout team in a 30 team league. |

For?
He made a good move, the goalie made a better save..
Seriously... I know..incoming arm chair penalty shot takers( thats not contrived) talking about how he should have "elevated it" - opeth_pa
yeah. that was a hell of a move. even better save. |

Well, he should have. That's not a hard puck to raise 4".
Not exactly armchair. I play the game. |

Will anyone care in two years when this poop is gone? I'm sure you will find something else to complain about, anyway. |

because he thought he had him....and he did....and he let up thinking he had him. i've made many a save like that with my arm or paddle because the forward thinks he's got the whole net. - hammarby31
Awesome..what else was he thinking when he took the shot?
it couldnt have been the goalie making a good save..

Yes..just what we need..One of the least offensively producing forwards on this team leading us in ice time.. - opeth_pa
Him and Read were consistently doing it in the playoffs last year. Craig loves to play "shutdown". Playing not to lose.
All kidding aside, better ice time management tonight. Weird decision with having Umberger on the top PP unit, and I was hoping he would have called a time-out much earlier in the game, but they managed to negate his stupidity tonight.
Mason was incredible. Always a soft spot for Jaro, that was a hell of a stop on Giroux. |

Can't be pissed at the gimmick. The Flyers didn't deserve a point. poopty execution, poopty intensity, poopty coaching. Just poop. - Jsaquella
No the team doesn't but Mason deserved the win. totally outworked, outplayed, out everything. |

Dear god.. mason vs the world and we can't get a single goal to make him a winner? Sad..
Also, time to get rid of the 3 stars or just pick all three flyers players every home game of ours. No way Halak is first star over Mase.. |

Great so do I and I play forward when inline and center when ice and can tell you that sometimes the goalie beats you..
but hey...we should all be out there not these guys and we are never wrong! |

the only good chances they had in 60 minutes were coots' sh breakaway and rinaldo's behind the back pass to bellemare. that's it. literally that's it. the rest was garbage.
that's absurd if halak was chosen as first star, but not through any fault of his own. he didn't have the workload. mason was stunning. |

Is little intriguing to me that Laughton got that crack at 1st shooter. Good for the kid.
Simmonds is really struggling 5 on 5. |

Poopty intensity? Disagree. They decided to pucker their sphincters for a point once they realized how much trouble they were in when the isles decided to take it to them
It was good work getting a point. The flyers put their work in, they can't work magic tricks when you have 11 forwards and 3 of them are vinny, Rinaldo, and Corpseburger |
